Whether the topic is decoying wary Canada Geese in December or pitching 1/8-ounce jigs to shallow cold front walleyes in May; he is eager to share his knowledge with any outdoor enthusiast.  He also credits the various opportunities to work with and promote some of the industry leaders such as Toyota Motor Company, Scheels All Sports, Hoyt Bows, Lowrance Electronics, and many others who have helped him get to where he is today.

As a teacher he grasps every opportunity to share his enthusiasm of the outdoors with many young people and to teach them the importance of conservation and game management. Teaching has also allowed him to spend his summers fishing tournaments; although, he has been successful throughout the years, he admits it's the learning/commaraderei that takes place from pre-fishing to the actual tournament days that Jason feels is the most rewarding.

He also enjoys the time spent afield or afloat with his wife Carrie of twelve years and 5 year-old daughter who also enjoys the great outdoors.  They also have a new additoin to the family, Myah Ann (6 months), who is sure to become an outdoor enthusiast. "My wife is my greatest supporter and without her support and excitement of my outdoor achievements my adventures wouldn't be as rewarding," said Jason.  "Whether I am fishing a tournament, or just trying to outwit a prairie pronghorn, if my family isn't supporting my endeavors then my head isn't in the game."

Jason's expectations are to help those that are novices in the outdoors to grow and understand the wealth of benefits received while watching a young person catch his/her first fish or the feeling of growth as a true sportsman. He also enjoys learning from those that have been life long learners during their many years of hunting and fishing.

RUSS ARMAN - At a very young age Bismarck native, Russ Arman, was introduced to the addictive adrenaline rush of exploding late season roosters, mature whitetail bucks, and the sense of accomplishment after a long day afield. This addiction would eventually lead him down a path that would provide opportunities to hunt in various states and provinces throughout the Midwest and Canada.

Although Russ enjoys all aspects of the outdoors whether it’s spending time with family and friends walleye fishing in Canada or the whistling of wings as a flock of mallards approach prior to sunrise, he would be the first to admit that his greatest obsession is spending time afield trying to out-wit a trophy whitetail, out-sit a prairie pronghorn, or out smart a majestic Montana elk. And, if you were to ask Russ what his weapon of choice while pursuing big game is, he would be quick to tell you that he would choose his current archery setup over his rifle.

Russ’ knowledge/passion of the outdoors, as well as his patience while paying attention to the small details has given him the experience needed to be a successful outdoorsman, and he is willing to share any/all of his learned outdoor experiences with anyone who will listen. He is a successful element to Ultimate Outdoor Adventures TV because of his willingness and ability to step into the role of cameraman, giving up his own opportunity to hunt, but his experience and professionalism also enables him to switch roles and become the host while at full-draw anchoring a fiber-optic pin on the shoulder of a big game animal.

As a local businessman in Bismarck, North Dakota, Russ continues his passion for the outdoors while operating a very successful investment/financial planning business, the Arman Group LLC, and often hosts investment and financial planning seminars as well as teaches evening courses through Bismarck State College. When he isn’t chasing wild game, he enjoys family vacations and spending time with his wife Mary and their children at the family ranch located in southwest North Dakota.

TONY MARIOTTI - Tony Mariotti has spent his entire life living in and enjoying the outdoors of Minnesota. From fishing the walleye infested waters of central Minnesota, to hunting the north woods. Tony’s love for the outdoors is apparent within moments of meeting him

As a kid he grew up on the lakes of Ottertail County, and spent most weekends at “the cabin” on the Cass Lake chain in Northern MN. He spent many summers watching and learning new techniques of locating and enticing fish to bite from his father, Joe, whom he credits for giving him his love of fishing.

After college Tony lived and worked as a teacher in Grygla, Minnesota. This gave him not only the opportunity to learn to hunt the North Woods, but also to share his love of the outdoors and a message of conservation with many youngsters. It was in Grygla that he discovered a passion for the big woods. Whether it was an evening walk with either his lab or his German Wirehair for grouse, a night in the bow stand for deer, or his real passion, bear hunting. The north woods had their grips on Tony.

Tony is currently living and working in Detroit Lakes, MN, where he and his wife Trish have their home. Tony often says that he is very thankful to have found someone like Trish who puts up with and encourages his outdoor “obsessions”. Tony said “without Trish’ support I wouldn’t have had many of the opportunities afforded to me in the last few years, I truly thank and appreciate her for it!”

Tony has joined the Ultimate Outdoor Adventure crew on hunts in Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota and we have always enjoyed having him in camp. From the open water in Spring, to the woods and fields of the upper Midwest, and onto the hard water after freeze up, we have discovered Tony is always ready for another adventure! As Ultimate Outdoor Adventures television is expanding our show into new areas we felt that the time was right to bring aboard our great friend, Tony.
